Overview of the Tampa Bay Real Estate Area

Hillsborough County Real Estate

Hillsborough County, Florida includes the large incorporated metro areas of Tampa, Temple Terrace, and Plant City. Numerous small towns surround the larger cities such as Brandon, Valrico, and Apollo Beach and many opportunities abound in Hillsborough County real estate. Property is popular in Hillsborough County, Florida and due to the lower than average median resident age, Hillsborough County appeals to the younger crowd. Some of the more popular areas of Hillsborough County are the Westchase area known for it's family friendly neighborhoods and highly rated schools to the west, South Tampa with it's stately mansions or refurbished historic homes on quaint tree-lined Hyde Park streets to the south, and Lithia's FishHawk Ranch to the east which appeals to families and young professionals with it's resort style amenities and it's promise of true quality of life.

Pinellas County Real Estate

Pinellas County, Florida is located on the west coast of Florida by the Gulf of Mexico. Residents of Pinellas are just a stone’s throw from sandy beaches, county parks, and the Pinellas Trail no matter where they live here. With so many sun filled days and limitless outdoor opportunities, Pinellas County is probably the most sought after area for relocation. Here we have the benefits of large cities such as
St. Petersburg and Clearwater and the charm of smaller communities such as Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Indian Shores. There is prime real estate for sale in all the communities of Pinellas County, as well as on the beaches which span approximately 35 miles from Tarpon Springs to St. Pete Beach.  Some of the more popular places to call home are Lansbrook in Palm Harbor and East Lake Woodlands in Oldsmar. Lansbrook Real Estate is particularly popular due to the fact that there is lake access to Tarpon Lake and the Lansbrook Golf Course is on site. East Lake Woodlands is one of the original subdivisions in the East Lake area and still offers the most to its residents.  Pinellas County has many waterfront homes and condos on salt water as well as fresh water that appeal to boat owners and those who long to watch the sun set after a hard day's work.  There are many child friendly subdivisions, condos, along with hundreds of gated and golf course communities that offer pristine pond and conservation views.  When you visit our website, you can get information right down to Palm Harbor subdivision level.

Dunedin Real Estate is a charming town high on many people’s lists for starters home or retirement homes.  Dunedin is very close to the beach and has a vibrant downtown area with many shops and restaurants.  Dunedin is full of bungalows, historic homes and affordable ranch type homes.

Safety Harbor is a quaint small town just north of Clearwater.  Living in Safety Harbor brings back memories of old Florida and many people just don’t want to buy a new home, they would rather have a home with character – and that’s what Safety Harbor Real Estate is all about.

Probably the most popular areas for people buying real estate today in Pinellas County are Palm Harbor Real Estate and Tarpon Springs Real Estate.  In addition to the East Lake Homes have so much to offer with Tarpon Lake so close by and all the highly rated schools.

Pasco County Real Estate

Pasco County
Florida located just north of Pinellas County is a great place to live. Trinity Florida has become one of the most popular cities in Pasco County over the past 5 years.  Pasco County is also one of the fastest growing counties in Florida. It’s the place to go if you are looking for new construction or newer homes at affordable prices. What makes Pasco County so desirable? It’s a bit different than many of the other areas in Florida. Because it’s not one of the top tourist spots, residents and visitors alike find less crowded beaches, charming small town events, cultural activities, outdoor sporting activities, fun festivals and fantastic shopping and dining. The county is also a favorite with golfers. There are at least 25 golf courses located in Pasco County. Tops on most homebuyer's lists for desirable subdivisions to live are Champions Club in Trinity, Trinity's newest luxury golf course community.  In addition, Longleaf in New Port Richey and Connerton in Land O Lakes offer a new kind of Florida community where you will find warmth and community spirit reminiscent of days gone by where children played together in the streets and neighbors socialized on front porches. Trinity Real Estate is very popular in Pasco County.

Hernando County Real Estate

Hernando County Real Estate is quickly becoming just as much a part of the Tampa
Bay area as the other counties.  Demand for new and affordable housing is strong in Florida today because so many people from other parts of the United States move here consistently which tends to drive up prices.  If you are thinking about moving to Florida and want to be fairly close to the famous beaches and theme parks but want to avoid the congestion and traffic associated with living so close to these popular areas, Hernando County may appeal to you.  Spring Hill and Brooksville are the two main cities with many newer subdivisions cropping up such as Sterling Hill in Spring Hill or Hernando Oaks in Brooksville.  These areas appeal to growing families and retirees as well who are seeking a good real estate value.

The entire Florida Real Estate area is a hot market with a promising future. But the Tampa Bay area is the place that boasts lots to do for everyone, visitors, tourists and residents alike, plus it's a great place to raise a family. It's not just for families though.  Retirees have always made the Tampa Bay area one of their first choices to find their retirement community.  If you are looking to retire in Florida and want to find the perfect active adult retirement community, look no further than
Tampa Bay. There are many cultural events that take place year round annually that suit everyone’s interests from families to seniors. The business sector is booming in the Tampa area as well. Whether you are looking to relocate here and find work or start a business, there are many occupational opportunities in Tampa Bay. Come explore Tampa Bay and all it has to offer you and your family and while you are here, contact us for a tour of the area's fine homes and condos.
