RESEARCH INTERESTS
I have a diversity of research interests focused around areas of information (data/knowledge) management, semantics and data integration. I investigate applications in bioinformatics and grid computing. My research utilizes a variety of methodologies and sub-areas including optimization, data analysis, semantics and logic based reasoning. While pursuing my Masters degree, I conducted research in image processing (texture segmentation) and content based image retrieval.
